KenTel in partnership with The Technical Centre for Agriculture and Rural Corporation (CTA) is organizing yet another training workshop on BPO. The training will be conducted by African BPO Academy. I have attached details of the content of this training to enable you understand how it will be conducted. Some of you may be already familiar with BPO as a source of revenue to your telecentres but I believe most of us are yet to understand how it works and how they can get involved. KenTel views BPO as a major IGA that will enable telecentres in Kenya make good use of the infrastructure they have but most importantly grow sustainably. It will help provide jobs for youths both in rural and urban areas.
