WORLD FOOD DAY 2010

Food is our fuel to survive in the world.With the increase of population and complexity of distribution system,food is getting scarce day by day.Millions of peoples are living with hunger and malnutrition.To encourage the peoples of the world to grow more food and consume them properly FAO of UN organize World Food Day every year on the 16 th October.
A theme s chosen every year to celebrate the day.This year the theme was chosen to emphasize the need of integration and collaboration of all stake holders or parties .Thus he theme, United Against Hunger was a great initiative to act unitedly to face the challenges of hunger and malnutrition.
