This is wonderful technology.But the initial cost of installation,maintenance and operation pose some limitations.Kindly present more information and success story to encourage telecentres to adopt this technology.

Savu Tawake, asked me if this technology could work from 128kbps speed?
The answer is yes/no - the best way to determine to what extent the quality of the conferencing system if affected - is to test it. The video and browser will probably be affected because of the 128kbps speed but the audio should work fine.
