Posta Uganda Set To Launch 20 Telecentres

Posta Uganda, one of the country’s remaining parastatals, is embracing the ICT revolution by Launching Telecenters.Through a grant worth $300,000 they received to develop these services under the Rural Communication Development Fund (RCDF) from the Uganda Communications Commission, Posta will set up 20 Telecentres around the country, where there will be Internet facilities. Posta also plans to use these centres to relay its usual services and information electronically from one part of the country to another.
