asmaa saber said… - Hay Amer nice to meet u , and welcome to all of ur inquiries about the telecentre. it's so simple , here is very similar to facebook evniroment for example, but dedicated especially to spread knowledge and sharing experience in every field . the members of the telecentres are usually local entities equipped with the basic ICT tools and reponsible for educating and developing their local communities. through the blogs and other services of the telecentre, every one just drow 2 us a simple picture for his community with all it's needs, problems, obstacles, ..etc. sowe live in everywhere without going for any wherethis is simply the concept , but u have to explore it ur self and let urself enjoying discovering.
