The Social Virtual Incubator of the Centre for Social Entrepreneurship and Social Economy (CSESE) will soon be available in 40 community centres throughout Gauteng, Mpumalanga and the Free State. To provide affordable ICT accredited courses and training.
To provide mixed blend of self-paced and tutor-based and peer training
e-Access:
Committed to ensuring that by the year 2010 every learner/citizen in the Ekurhuleni will have an e-mail address.
Provide Network Access with access to Internet, Email and Faxing facilities. The CTC will be available for the convenience of the community, i.e. in the evenings, on weekends and school holidays for learners and communities.
Longer Term: the CTC will develop the following competencies:

Abet – Adult Literacy Programmes
Multimedia Centre facilities
A “fix and repair centre” for the local businesses and ICT users
Partnering with Local Government for the Multi-Purpose-Centre (MPC)

Implementing e-learning by partnering with the Dept. Of Education
