Government of Bangladesh declared a vision of Digital Bangladesh by 2021 to ensure services at peoples’ doorsteps. Md. Minarul Islam is the entrepreneur of Mohajonpur Union Parishad, Mujibnagor, Meherpur. The inauguration ceremony of Mohajonpur UISC (Union Information and Service Centre)held on 17th December, 2009. Mr. Islam got UISC training in January, 2010. How Training & Workshop Changes the general scenario: A Case Study of ADC Jahangir Alam, District e-Gov. Focal Point:
Trainings and workshops, arranged by A2I, make a sweeping change in the views of government officials.
