Union Information & Service Centre (UISC): ICT enabled one-stop service outlet in Bangladesh

Government of Bangladesh declared a vision of Digital Bangladesh by 2021 to ensure services at peoples’ doorsteps. Md. Minarul Islam is the entrepreneur of Mohajonpur Union Parishad, Mujibnagor, Meherpur. Hon’ble PM of Bangladesh cuts digital ribbon to inaugurate 4, 501 UISCs across the country

Bangladesh launched Union Information and Services Centres (UISCs) in all 4,501 unions across the country to disseminate information and deliver government services to all citizens.The union parishad based information centres, equipped with computers and wireless Internet, will offer various online and offline services to people at nominal charge.

How Training & Workshop Changes the general scenario: A Case Study of ADC Jahangir Alam, District e-Gov. Focal Point:

Trainings and workshops, arranged by A2I, make a sweeping change in the views of government officials.
