About Me (biography or organization description):  Three years professional experience as senior Electronics engineer.
Eight years experience as trainer of new recruit engineers on new products.
Ten years experience as lecturer at the University of SBA.
 PhD degree in electrical engineering, signal and image processing option.
 Master in Information and Communication Technologies from the University of Strasbourg ( France ) using ICT’s in E-learning.

 My main research areas are : Digital TV , digital image compression satellite communications information and communication technologies (ICT’s ) , analog and digital television, DSP.
