Thematic areas of Synergy Nepal (SN) are: Information and Communication Technology, Human Rights, Democracy, Peace, Micro-finance, Micro-enterprises. SN has 26 telecentres in remote and rural areas of Nepal. 'Strenthening the Civil Society and Women in Promoting Human Rights and Democratic Reform'-advocacy of human rights was recently phased out. 'Advodcacy for the Rights of Indigenous People' was implemented from 2006 to 2008.

Speciality of mine : Management; design and develop programs: micro-finance, micro-enterprises, human rights, ethnic rights, rights to Internet, Telecentres, economic sustainability, monitoring;
Proposal writing, training packages; Appreciative Inquiry;

Profession: 5 years Executive Chairperson of national NGO, Synergy Nepal, Well-experienced in international organisation, Pact, that includes as Project Manager for Women Empowerment Program that won 5 international awards ( 2001-2004). 18 years experienced in rural socio-economic development implemented by NGOs, and 21- year experienced in newspaper publishing house-Gorkhapatra Sansthan in many positions that include Business Promotion Manager (1970-1991).
