About Me (biography and organization description): I am the Liaison to the UN and Director of Funds and Grants for the Personal Learning Center International (PLC/i). The PLC/i is a low cost, quality online elementary and secondary school. All textbooks are online and the teachers are highly qualified professionals. The PLC/i believes that all students have an equal right to learn.
