About Me (biography or organization description): My work related to telecentres started in 2005 when I participated in the establishment of a telecentre in Moldova. Since then, I have coordinated the local telecentre work and also projects for the Alliance of Access to Information and Training Community Centres of Moldova. Part of the projects aimed to strengthen the institutional capacities of telecentres network. My latest project was about the development of info-technologies, creating the wireless access points for telecentres in rural areas and sharing the related experiences between Estonia and Moldova. I got M.A. in European Union – Russian studies from the University of Tartu, Estonia.

Areas of Interest/Expertise and Types of Services Provided: project management, new information technologies, developing strategic partnerships, strategic development plans, development of telecentres in rural areas.
