HIV Care and Guidance: A Phone Call away.

A study conducted in Rakai, rural Uganda, has proved that telecommunication technology if well intergrated into the HIV/AIDS campaign in the developing world can yield interesting results in rural settings that are limited by resources to fully support HIV/AIDS care providers and patients.
