About Me (biography or organization description)

I have a Master Degree in International Development & Social Change from Clark University, MA- USA. I have been working development for more than 12 years in different capacities at various international organizations such as UNDP, the World Bank and Oxfam-GB. My professional experience is focused on gender with an emphasis on women’s empowerment.
I have an extensive experience in training design and delivery. I developed and conducted training programs on various topics such as: business planning, cv. writing, presentation skills, blogging, financial and administrative reports, monitoring and evaluation, project proposal writing as well as gender analysis.
I also have a broad practical and theoretical experience in social research. In addition, I am a professional translator; I have translated and published a book as well as various articles that were published in the Journal of the Yemen Center for Studies & Research.
