Telecentre community supporting reconstrution of Haiti in the long run... an opportunity to brainstorm about.

Haiti one of the poorest countries in the world, often forgotten by other nations, only known by its social conflicts, poor and too often political turmoil, is becoming a clear example of how technology can and should make a positive impact alleviating part of the agony and frustration of its people.

Learning from other Networks -- Telecentre-Europe moving ahead

Hello Members of Telecentre Community



I was recently part of the Telecentre Europe summit in Istanbul. A vibrant event where I experienced first hand the evolution of Telecentre networks throughout Europe. They are certainly moving in the right direction in terms of improving organization, collaboration and active exchange among members of the network.
