: Lead, organize, plan, supervise and control the technical production of the communication center; Design and promote a wide range of communication program adapted to human resources and extension strategic plan; Adapt social responsibility programmes and extension action plan; Disseminate information on action programmes through publications, video and rural radio as well as rural TV programmes and advocacy campaigns; Develop diversified capacity-building strategies for different audiences, especially communication officers, extension agents and settlers in new reclaimed lands; Lead research on what works and what doesn't as regards interventions and models to promote agricultural extension goals and organize team work to present this research in a manner useful for audience; Review proposals, formulate and submit project proposals and negotiate funding; Evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of the project activities; Conduct seminars, workshops and technical meetings as well as local and international conferences; Write manuals and training guides on media production and effective communication.
