Hello Nabil, glad to meet you on the telecentre.org forum.  Have you been reading my posts on resource mobilization?  I hope so.

By the way, I know someone with disabilities but he has overcome his disability to be a successful consultant for small and medium industries and he travels all over the world..  His name is Eduardo Canela and lives in the Philippines.  He's also very interested in technology for the disabled.  His facebook page is http://www.facebook.com/friends/edit/?ref=tn#!/ed.canela
