The Future of Google Book Search

Some of you may have already heard that Google finally reached an agreement with authors and publishers (settling in court for over $125 million) to be able to expand their Google Books service. Now they will start to offer their still in copyright scanned books for purchase (out-of-copyright books are free). For now this agreement is only binding in the US.

Publication of practical guide to computer recycling

UNESCO is launching a free practical guide to computer recycling for entrepreneurs and project sponsors, on the occasion of a conference on Digital Solidarity being held in Lyon (France).
