TCF and National Information Society Agency of Korea sign partnership agreement

Telecentre.org Foundation (TCF) and the National Information Society Agency of the Republic of Korea (NIA) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding formalizing the partnership between the two organizations for the benefit of telecentres and Information Access Centers worldwide.
