Preliminary Evaluation of Telecentre Pilot Projects

I have come across this interesting prelimITUinary evaluation of six telecentres at the Internarional Telecommunication Union website. South African government established Univesal Service Agency (USA) to leverage ICT for development. In 1997, the USA conceptualised a telecentre pilot project for this purpose.
