We would share the final report of the training for telecentre’s operators that has been developed between February and March. We would emphasize the good results obtained, both for the work done and for the general student’s satisfaction.
This cycle (that contained 5 courses) was offered for 240 students, and has been fully occupied. 71% of students have completed the courses successfully.

The Ministry of Communications through the Access and Social Development, Colnodo, Telecentre.org and Esplai Foundation currently trains about 450 managers and monitors of telecenters, organized into 9 virtual courses offered the first training cycle of 2009 the National Academy of Telecentres in Colombia.
