EOS Foundation Romania, in partnership with the Latvian Information and Communications Technology Association (LIKTA), the Serbian International Aid Network (IAN) and the Moldovan Alliance of Access to Information and Training Community C... (AITCC), have developed a Best Practice Guide that can be useful to all telecentres in Europe.

The guide was realized within the project Shared Learning and Community Digital Inclusion through telecentre services, financially supported by the Soros Foundation Romania through the East East Beyond Borders program.

The guide is an example of best practices and activities developed in the telecentre networks of Romania, Serbia, Latvia and Moldova and is addressed to all telecentre coordinators. It's the product of four workshops that took place in each partner country and based on the exchange of experiences between telecentre coordinators and on the realities faced by each partner in its own country.

The guide was adapted and translated in all partner languages: Romanian, Latvian, Serbian and also into English.
