The Mindanao group visited a total of seven CeC sites which represented the different CeC initiatives in the country: Bogo CeC, San Remigio eLGU CeC, OWWA Cebu, Tejero eSkwela, Lapu Lapu TelOf CeC, Carmen FITS and Tabogon CeC.

The participants spent the final day of the exchange drafting their respective action plans for their CeCs for the next year. Participants also blogged about their experiences following a brief session on blogging. The action plan and the blog entries were the required outputs of the exchange.
"Because of the things we saw in the different CeCs here in Visayas, our minds were opened," said Vice Mayor Abdulhamid Amerbitor of Madamba, Lanao del Sur. "We will bring back the value of our learning here and this is what we will give back to our communities."
The Luzon and Visayas batches of the local exchange will be held simultaneously in January 2012.
