Under the title Jobs for youth and ageing online, the fifth Telecentre-Europe Summit (#TES12) will take place in Warsaw, Poland during 17-18 October 2012. This annual network gathering will bring together an invited audience of 100 telecentre network leaders from across Europe, along with stakeholders and supporters.

The main themes of the event will focus on how telecentres impact youth and older people, by providing the right eSkills, by the use of social media and by encouraging social innovation, towards better jobs and an improved quality of life.

The summit is well known as an important opportunity for members of the network to exchange new ideas, plan new projects, build partnerships, or disseminate outcomes of activities at national and regional level.

During the event, the Telecentre-Europe Award Ceremony will take place again. The summit in Warsaw is the fifth edition of this annual event, after Brussels (2011),Budapest (2010), Istanbul (2009) and Riga(2008) .
