From 3rd to 5th November 2010 Mozilla is organizing an event in Barcelona called 'Learning, Freedom and the Web'.

One of Mozilla's main goals: to people working in places like
libraries and telecentres with others at the radical edge of tech learning (e.g. hackerspaces, peer learning advocates, open web hackers).
Why? Because *how* we learn about technology is critical to where we tech the web and our digital society. Telecentres and libraries shouldn't just be places where people access technology -- they should be places where people make, hack and
invent the future.
If you agree, you should consider coming to Barcelona.

Even better, consider contributing to activities and content at the Festival. There is a huge thread on local learning and technology spaces:

As a Telecentre projects in Europe, we would love to see you there!
PS. Discount codes available to
telecentres and libraries. Email drumbeat-events@mozilla.org if you are interested.
PS2. Beside that event, there is a plenty other activities that start in October and finish in November, so you can come for a little longer that those 3 days...
