The project will be funded by the government of Kuwait through the eastern state fund… in many parts it will start in a tent and be moved from place to place (we already start this in wad elmutshamir village in gedaref central rural area … the estimated cost is 15.000(fifteen thousand US dollars) EDUCATION%20MABROOK.doc is the proposal which we submitted and accepted but in Arabic

If my community will have access on this on, I mean this kind of ICT facility equipped of all the necessary resources supported by all other groups or communities that would reach into our 18 barangays both upland and lowland areas will greatly help and educate our people but perhaps at the start this could be offered for free so they wouldn't be hesitant and eventually they will feel it a necessity and even without requiring them to pay they will pay because it will be important to them.
