I have viewed the video several times to understand the relevance with ICT or telecentre.The video gave an impression of the speed at which the film was shot perhaps from a moving vehicle.It looked like part of some classical film (say PATHER PACHALI directed by SATTAYJIT ROY) where a train was passing through KASH BON.The video could have been placed in other areas where the contents match with the situation and appear relevant.
However,I personally enjoyed the sense of speed which may be perceived while viewing the video.I appreciate the efforts of the contributor in making the video.
